Traveller rating Excellent This was my second stay within 3 weeks. The hotel staff was great and offered an upgrade. The hotel rooms are surprisingly large for NYC and the location is great. The hotel is walking distance to Rockefeller Center and Times Square. All employees were friendly.
Most important, each person was well informed about every detail of the property and how to navigate every task. Multi-lingual front desk. A pleasure all around. No disappointments, no frustrations. The hotel location is very good and if you are lucky as we were with a nice view to the Empire State Building. Rooms and service is ok. But why a kitchen without dish ware?

The resort fee seems overpriced. Of course you hear always street noise in NYC. You are just a few blocks from Grand Central Station so going anywhere by the subway is easy. We saw a performance at Carnegie Hall and a play at the Imperial Theater both easy to get to from the hotel. One day we went to Hudson Yards and The Vessel also easy to get to, the number 7 subway.
